Missing "save as new clip" button.

I have version 2.41 and I'm missing the "Save as new clip" button that should be next to the "flag" buttons. Any ideas?

Ok . . . I found the solution in another thread. (You have to toggle the "media list style" button.) Seems odd. Is this a bug?
