user authentication

hi,

i would like to know how the user authentication is done using dial dictate software. I want to configure for different users who will have an exclusive ID and upon authentication they should be able to gain access to leave voice files.

Can anyone let me know how this is done and is it possible to do so.

thanks mot for your reply. Do u have an idea on the cost of the license. I can have codes instead of name to ensure we dont end up with dead license.

Now, i need 15 doctors who will be leaving voice files for transcription purpose, so do i need 15 license.
