High-pitched tone removal

I have an mp3 file which sounds fine except for an irritating high-pitched background tone. How do I go about getting rid of it?

You may want to try effects like "Noise reduction", "High pass filter"

I found a much better copy of the file. I don't need to edit the old one now, but thanks anyways.
