Problem converting from PDF

I am trying to convert a PDF document to HTML - either the output HTML comes up totally blank or at other times only the first 3 pages are converting.

Why is this? What am I doing wrong?

Hello Mona,

I would try converting the pdf to one of the other supported formats. If that works, then try converting that format to html. If that doesn't work, then Doxillion is probably unhappy with something in the pdf file. If that is the case then please go to http://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html and fill in the information requested.

Why does every other conversion from PDF to HTML require a password-----What password? :blink:

I am trying to convert a pdf file to a jpeg or png or gif files. Those extensions do not appear in the drop down menu of the output format window. Can someone help me to find those other file formats? Thanks.
