IVM with budgetphone

Hi,

I am trying to get budgetphone.nl to work with this software bu no luck

proxy: sip.budgetphone.nl port: 5060

Pass: XXXXXX

They don't use stun servers and stuf like that, I have downloaded other softphone software and get that up and running in five minutes.

I did try it all now I have bought the software because demo time was expired but now I can't use it. I did send a support ticket about a week ago but nothing I am disapointed.

Got the same problem around here.

Also trying to set up IVM with budget phone.

Works good with the app from XLN.net, but, with IVM (also with express talk) i can't get it to work.

It's a shame, want to buy this application, but if it doesn't work i don't think so.

Need VOIP for this to work, so no one has found a solution until now?

Still haven't a reply on my e-mail.

Maybe they should delte the message "you'll receive a reply within 24 hours."

It's a pitty... iv haven't received a reply within the next 48 hours,

there's definitly no version for me.

Support is one of the most critizing points, but no support at all.....

But allright... there's no one on this forum, who does know how to solve this voip problem???

If calls to your SIP phone do not get connected to the voicemail program, it is likely becuase your VoIP service provider does not allow it. Most VoIP service providers will not allow you to re-connect the inbound call to a destination of your choice (such as your own voicemail program). There are billing security issues involved and, naturally, they want to sell you their own voicemail service.

With budgetphone the voicemail service is included(free). And by the way, the voicemail of budgetphone is working again .
