Hoping someone will be able to help me here. I am trying to load a WMA file into Express Scribe. The file is 7 hours, 45 minutes long, but when I load it, it only loads the first 59 minutes. I can open the file in Windows Media Player, so I know it's all there.
I have tried uninstalling Express Scribe and then reinstalling and restarting my computer, to no avail.
I've been messing with this for way too long. I have 320 pages to edit by noon tomorrow, so I need to figure something out. I'll go buy some other software if necessary, but am hoping that somebody's been through this before.
