We have some users here at our office using Express Scribe 5.13 on Windows 7 machines. Prior to Windows 7, this worked fine but now the users report the software is slowing down during the day. It reaches a point in the afternoon where it is unusable and it can take minutes for the software to respond.
They are using a Phillips LFH2320 footpedal but the hotkeys are even worse. A reboot makes no difference and the rest of the network is performing fine.
This has been tested on a Windows 7 machine outside of our environment and it was fine but we can't seem to narrow down the problem. This is affecting 4 users.
Has anyone come across anything similar?
