I am looking for a total solution for voice mail recording base on IVM which include hardware and software, would you advise?
Here are the basic requirements:
1. Voice mail recording and customization greeting voice prompt.
2. Email notification when new voice mail recorded.
3. Caller ID capture.
For your reference, I am using AVAYA as the PABX system and it is an analog line.
Could I have a quotation regarding the above requirements?
