Voicemail box number

I am a WinFax user. (I use the Talkworks section as a voicemail sytem for my music education company.) I am considering shifting to the nch software and have dowloaded the demo version. I cannot seem to assign mailbox numbers to each voice mailbox. I can label them with the person's name, but can I/how do I assign a mailbox number for a caller to enter that is NOT the security code for retrieving messages from the mailbox?

Try the example for 11+ mailbixes. Here you are prompted for the mailbox number and then a message is left for that box.
