Hi, I am looking to purchase WavePad and did some test recording/editing first and ran into a minor issue:
I recorded a wav file in WavePad and saved it. When I playback the file in WavePad two things happen:
1. When the end of the file is reached the red cursor jumps back several hundred ms (i.e. if wav is 55.6 seconds long, at the end of playback it jumps back to 54.8) and then stops
2. Whatever audio is found at the jump back point is played (only 50ms or so of it)
The saved wav file sounds fine in windows media player or other audio players, just a minor annoyance in WavePad playback.
If I save as an MP3 file I only see #1 above happening (the short audio bit is NOT played after the jump back).
Again, windows media player and others play the mp3 just fine as well.
Any ideas?
