I recently had to wipe my hard drive, and can not now reload the program. My serial number for my registered copy is 195648007816. The Sound Format Converter ID - Key: 186653 - apwybzez. I am not trying to get a new program, just the one I purchased a few years ago. If I must repurchase the program (subscription expired?)please advise. TIA.
