Transfer to several mailboxes

Hi Please bear with me as I am new to this software. i was just wondering how one may transfer a message dropped in one mailbox to 2 or more mailboxes. At the moment I can only see that it can transfer messages only to one mailbox. Is it possible to transfer to several mailboxes a saved message on one mailbox. Your help would be very much appreciated.

Just use a global mailbox with a global password, and for the email just use a mailing list, so it will email lets say to workers@mywork.com and your smtp mail server will transfer it to the workers mailing list.
