just installed Switch and WavePad and Kaspersky warned during install and initial execution

I see from posts in 2009 that you've had this before. What is N1S.EXE? Is there a worm in this file?
I also note that I have now got loads of install on demand applications in my START menu. I don't like that. I didn't ask for this. DId I miss something in the terms and conditions?
