Barbara_Graham I have a new computer with Windows 7 and I've installed ES 5.13 and the Sony plug-in, and some MSV files load but some don't. I've used ES for years on XP, so I'm pretty familiar with the issues, but I can't find anything on this one. Does anyone have any help for this? Thank you. P.S. I've had the three files that don't load uploaded again, have downloaded them three times, no luck. They do load on my XP.

Barbara_Graham I just checked, and they do not, but the others do. To clarify, also, these are recorded one after the other by the same person (someone dictating), so, for instance, files 0 through 3 are fine, 4 is not, 5 is fine, 6 is not, etc.
Barbara_Graham Okay, I just solved this problem. The Sony plug-in that I found linked to on the NCH site is not the newest one. I found a newer one and that worked.
