[deleted] I downloaded two templates from website. Get message that the templates are loaded, but I cannot find them within the program, only where they were saved when downloaded.

After you've downloaded the templates using your web browser, you need to load them into CardWorks using the File -> "Open template..." menu item. The new templates will then appear in the scrolling row of template previews.
