Cannot convert any file

Hi all,

I just downloaded and installed Prism on a Mac running MacOS 10.5.8

I have created videos with iMovie in m4v format. I can select these files to convert but when pressing the "Convert" button I always see the error "Could not open source video file".

Any idea ?

Same problem on same system. Cant convert any file i pick, all stating cant open source file.

Any ideas appreciated.

Just tried running Prism (Intel version) on my Intel Mac. It won't run.

PPC version still runs on my G4.

It's the app. Obviously the Intel version is bad.

I'd also love to see help here but I never have.
