ricardo_gaspar Sometimes, very frequently, when the user is dialing the numbers of an account, the system stops with a Fax Detected warning. What is happening ? How can a fix it ? Please help!
NCHCraig This means it is detecting the tones in the call to indicate that a fax machine is calling you. IVM does not handle faxes and such calls should be sent to another line. If these are not fax calls then the issue is that you modem/drivers are faulty. Please redownload and re-install.

Daniel I have the exact same problem too - I changed the audio files for the affected OGMs and that seems to be working for now
