I think NCH is the only software with so many problems related to Voice Modems. I'm using a SmartUSB56 modem with Driver 4.20.01. The modem works with three different answering machine applications but not with IVM.I see that the last post from 2009 was not addressed by NCH so I don't expect to get an answer.
