Prizm tech support says I have to buy the program to get an answer in 24 hrs. and my question will be answered after "paid" customers are answered. I am trying to figure out whether to buy the thing or not and if it can be made to work then i will buy your program -- happy to, in fact. But until I know it works I would have to be INSANE to plunk down money for it.
So far it doesn't work for me.
