I have downloaded a trial version of this software.
Then paid the extra $$ for the plus (Professional) version
Also paid for tech support
No one from NCH responds to emails
I cannot load the ID-Key provided at activation anywhere on the software, its driving me nuts?
What the hell is the secret? why cant I register it?
