Hi all -
I've been using Express Scribe on my Mac and it just suddenly stopped working. What happens is when I play a file the audio goes in and out - so there are waves of complete silence. I've tried to remove the program and download it again, but every time I do this when I open the program all my old files are there, as if I didn't reload anything at all! What do I do?
