I'm using a VEC Infinity USB-2 foot pedal with my MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard (OSX 10.6) and Express Scribe v. 4.30 Intel. It was working just fine yesterday. Today I go to start up and Express Scribe is not recognizing that the pedal is there. I have repaired my permissions, restarted, unplugged and re-plugged the cable and continue to get the message "The selected port or device could not be opened." I had this happen a couple of days ago and switched to a different USB port and it started to work. Of course I'm in the middle of a time-sensitive job and really need this. Can anyone help?
